Karen L. Wolfe, M.A., LPC, NCC, NBCDCH
Karen holds a Masters Degree in School Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University and has been practicing in Mental Health since 1976.She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a National Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Hypnotherapy. She began seeking advanced post graduate training in clinical hypnotherapy over a decade ago, and continues her studies to this day in a continued pursuit for knowledge in the field.
Office Location
Karen's office, The Counseling Center, is located at 135 E. Montgomery Street in the Downtown Historic District of Villa Rica, Georgia. It is easily accessible from the I-20 Liberty Road exit. (For those of you who remember her office in Douglasville, you will find this location just as timely, if not more timely to find, because of less traffic.)

Most people enjoy hypnosis, and find the hypnotic state of mind to be a relaxing, and sometimes, wonderful experience. They are frequently amazed at how good they feel. In hypnotherapy, there is oftentimes a positive spillover effect into many aspects of a person's life. For example, the goal may be relief from test anxiety, and the person finds not only that test taking becomes easier, but he or she is unexpectedly more relaxed, clear thinking and confident in social situations, or perhaps public speaking. The possibilities are as broad as life itself!
